Cooking
Here all the necessary products.
Combine eggs with sugar and whisk.
Add orange juice and half of the total amount of milk.
All good whisk until frothy. On the picture visible bubbles.
Add the sifted flour with the baking powder. All mix well with a spatula.
In this picture you can see how the dough is bubbling.
Add the grated orange zest. Mix well.
Add the remaining milk and the melted butter. Stir it carefully.
The dough consistency as on eclairs.
Spread the dough with a spoon on the trays, covered with baking paper.
Put trays in preheated oven and bake for 8-10 minutes at a temperature of 200 - 225 degrees, then take out the cookies carefully because it is very delicate and fragile. If desired, sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
