Description
Light, weightless, ethereal, gentle, refreshing mango mousse is a real dessert that can only enjoy. I offer you the option, no gelatin, no sugar, no eggs, its very easy and fast to cook.

Cooking
Mango peel, remove the seeds, cut into pieces and squeeze the juice
Mango pulp grind in a blender, puree.
Then place the marshmallows and cream in a saucepan, and over low heat, stirring constantly, bring to a state of complete dissolution marshmallows
Then whisk. Mix mix marshmallows with fresh juice and mango pulp.
Pour into glasses and into the fridge for 2 hours. Then, remove from refrigerator, slice 1 mango into slices, put on top. You can whip 50ml of the cream and decorate the top, add the mint leaves. BON APPETIT.
