Chicken soup with sorrel
Sour taste the tender leaves and stems of sorrel is known by many. It blends very well with different foods. And with the chicken they just complement each other.

Ingredients

  • Chicken

    900 g

  • Sorrel

    150 g

  • Flour

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    3 l

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

The chicken cover with water and cook.

Chop the onion salt.

Grind the sorrel.

Fried flour.

In roasted flour add the butter.

In the flour gradually introduce 200 ml of the cooled broth. Cook, stirring, so lumps were not.

Fry the onion, at the end, add the butter and put in the broth.

The chicken freed from bones and add to broth. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes.

Add sorrel, cook for another 15 minutes.

Add the beaten eggs, stirring constantly. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the greens. Cook for 2-3 minutes and switch off.
