Vegetable soup chili with beans
A delicious soup!

Ingredients

  • Beans

    1 cup

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Onion

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato

    300 g

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Cumin

    1 tsp

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

Cooking

Soak the beans in cold water for 4 hours, and preferably overnight, boil, drain the water.

Onion and garlic chopped, carrots grate on a coarse grater and fry in vegetable oil..

Then add the finely chopped chilli, ground cumin, pepper, salt, chopped garlic and stew for a bit.

Then we shift zazharku in a pot, add rinsed beans, tomatoes, tomato paste. Fill it with water. Put on medium heat, cover with lid and cook for 45 to 50 minutes.

15 - 20 minutes before end of cooking add the sugar, salt. Put a spoonful of cocoa and cook on low heat for about 15 minutes. Bon appetit!
