Salad
Favorite salad of my husband. It contains simple products that are quick to prepare and suitable for both everyday and festive table.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    250 g

  • Crab sticks

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Mayonnaise

    150 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Vinegar

  • Frying

  • Salt

Proteins boiled eggs separated from the yolks. Proteins, boiled pork, crab sticks and raw onions cut into thin strips. Onions marinated in vinegar (keep 10-15 minutes), squeeze. All of these ingredients - meat, onion, protein and sticks to mix salted and loaded with mayonnaise. This salad is ready to eat-for weekdays - only add to it crushed the remaining egg yolks. Cheese and left the yolks grate on a small grater, add a little mayonnaise and salt and form small balls.

Raw potatoes will cut very narrow strips, similar to the sprigs, add salt and fry in deep fat until Golden. Place on a paper towel (removing excess fat).

Take a round cookie cutter (I cut them out of ordinary plastic bottles with water), put it on a plate, fill with salad. Carefully take off. On top of potatoes put a structure resembling a nest. In the center place a few "eggs" with cheese and egg yolks. Everything is ready... Bon appétit!
