Cooking
Cheese ( I paste) and mash them with a fork, add the sugar and egg. Mix well.
Evenly distribute the cheese filling into the pita bread.
Sprinkle with lemon zest.
With a sharp knife cut the roll into equal parts.
Apple wash, remove the core and cut into cubes.
In a saucepan combine butter, brown sugar, cream, honey and sweet soy sauce Kikkoman. Heat on low heat until all is melted and well blended.
In the form pour the caramel, arrange the apples.
Spread on top of rolls. Form cover with foil and send in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 min.
After removing the form from the rolls, cover with a plate and quickly flip over (be very careful, rolls and caramel is very hot).
