Pie
This velvet cake with chocolate-coffee taste and a beautiful name I tried one in a candy store. I really liked it and I decided to find a recipe. Found! Now this is a favorite pie in our family. It turns out very much, and it can be frozen. And I hope you enjoy)

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Flour

    270 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Instant coffee

    1 tsp

  • Water

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    2 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Coconut shavings

Cooking

Melt the butter and set aside.

Beat eggs with sugar.

Add baking powder, vanilla sugar and cocoa. Beat.

Add milk, butter and flour. Mix well.

Form grease with oil or covered with baking paper. I have a form with a size of 23*30.

Pour the batter and flatten. Put in the preheated oven and bake at 225 degrees for 10-15 minutes. While the pie is baked, prepare the glaze.

Coffee dissolved in boiled water.

Melt butter and remove from heat.

In the oil add the coffee, cocoa, vanilla sugar and powdered sugar.

Stir until smooth.

For the final touch. Sprinkle with coconut flakes. Leave to cool (preferably leave in the fridge for 1-2 hours). Bon appetit!
