Vegetable snacks
Juicy and fresh vegetable snacks familiar, probably, to many Housewives. Collect them all together on one festive spring table!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    8 piece

  • Onion

    0.5 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Soft cheese

    150 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

Six of mushrooms cut legs, hats salt. Finely chop the legs, two mushroom and onion. Fry in small amount of vegetable oil.

In the filling add grated cheese and sour cream. Generous (heaped) fill prepared caps. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

Zucchini cut into diagonally slices thick 1 cm and season with Salt. When you are juice, roll in flour and fry in vegetable oil on both sides. The greens and chop the garlic, combine with soft cheese.

On each slice of roasted zucchini to put a tablespoon of the cheese paste.

Snacks served on a platter, garnished with slices of tomatoes. Both types of snacks are good in both warm and cold.
