I have long wanted to repeat this recipe, which came from his girlfriends Irusta, however, little had to change it, but the result exceeded all my expectations. If you like cheese, or rather, a mix of cheeses combined with Marsala figs and notes of spicy mayonnaise "Maheev", then this recipe is for you! I designed a batch version of the recipe in the original you can cook up one large balloon in the shape of an Apple. The recipe will perfectly decorate your holiday table and will delight you and your family with its taste!

Cooking
The necessary ingredients to make better and weigh in advance.
Ricotta mashed with a fork until smooth and adding mayonnaise, mix well.
Add the wine, mix well. Put the mass into the fridge for 20-30 minutes.
Toppings: Figs and blue cheese cut into pieces, if the figs are dry, soak it in hot wine, and then good dry.
All of the Assembly is better done on the cooking foil. Divide the cheese mass into 3 parts. To make each cake and place inside 1/3 of the filling.
Using the cling film, gather all into a ball.
Gently roll into slightly wet hands, I always grease hands with vegetable oil without smell. Place the balls for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Carefully roll balls in paprika.
Take the Apple, sticking a cinnamon stick (I cut the big 3 parts) and Laurel leaf. Place on a lettuce leaf. Delicious served with toasted bread, crackers or biscuits.
