Cheesecake with strawberries
Prepared cheesecake for the first time. Took the recipe from the recipes section of the site "Simukonda" - seemed available, fast and very clear. Only there the basis is a thin sponge cake, and I made Foundation of sand. And milk was replaced by cream. I like this dessert sooo much! P. S. Pictures "night," was not ready... so don't blame me.

Ingredients

  • Cream cheese

    600 g

  • Yolk egg

    4 piece

  • Cream

    400 ml

  • Cookies

    250 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Gelatin

    10 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Strawberry

    300 g

Biscuits in a blender, turned into fine crumbs and mix with butter into a homogeneous mass.

Was "almost a test", which I wrapped in foil and removed for some time (while preparing the filling) in the fridge.

Gelatin soaked in a small quantity of water. In 100 ml. of cream added 50 ml. of water and put it on a slow fire. Meanwhile, separated the yolks from the whites and beat them (yolks) with the sugar. We whites in this recipe not need. Add to the yolks a few tablespoons of cream, the mass was "thinner".

When the milk (cream+water) ready for the boiling - put the yolks. While stirring, brought to a boil and warmed for 1 minute. Removed from the fire.

Removed from the fire and entered the swollen gelatin. Well mixed and left to cool.

Once cream and egg mixture has cooled down sufficiently, mix it with cream cheese, carefully rubbing with a spoon.

Now the cream: whisk the cream well chilled before "dense peaks" and entered into the cheese mixture.

After removing the samples I wanted cheese-creamy mass to slightly acidify added teaspoon of lemon juice.

In the form of a cake allocated shortbread (cookie) dough.

Pour cheese-cream mixture.

In videorecipe recommended to put 3 hours in the freezer - I put it in the fridge overnight. The morning was decorated with fresh strawberries - "strawberries and cream" is a classic! Help yourself!
