When I saw the recipe for this soup in a magazine, I immediately wanted to try it. The soup turned out delicious and everyone liked. In this soup you can put any vegetables you want or in season, except potatoes.

Cooking
We cut the onions.
Tomato cut in and drop for 5 minutes in boiling water. Then peeled and cut it into cubes. Simmer it on the rust. oil with onion, carrot and tomato. pasta.
The broth is sent, chopped shredded cabbage.
About 15-20 minutes later sent in our soup browned vegetables and beans. Cook for approximately 5 minutes.
At the end of cooking add boiled rice, finely chopped garlic. Remove from heat and serve, sprinkled with herbs.
In the preparation of soup I used rice from TM"Mistral".
