Soup with oat flakes
This delicious soup would often appear for lunch, as very fond of my little daughter, and she always eats with great pleasure, and even Supplement requests!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Potatoes

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Cream

    30 ml

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

Boil broth.

Cereal boil until tender. Drain the broth, and the resulting porridge grind in a blender to puree state.

Wash, peel and cut into small cubes potatoes and carrots, put into the broth, cook for 10 minutes.

Then add in the pureed soup flakes, stir and cook for another 10 minutes. Salt and pepper the dish to taste. Add cream and butter, bring the soup to a boil. And pour into bowls. Sprinkle, if desired, greens. Bon appetit!
