This name came to my mind when I tried this roll. Very gentle, I would even say, just weightless taste. Preparing is easy, and the result is just great. All are invited...

Ingredients

  • Crab sticks

The first thing you need to prepare the Foundation for the roll. To do this, separate the whites from the yolks, and remove them while in the fridge. In a saucepan melt the butter, add the flour and stir thoroughly. Without ceasing to stir, thin stream, add the milk and bring to medium heat until thick. It is convenient to use a whisk. When the mass thickens, remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Then gently put the egg yolks, salt and pepper. All of the little whisk, add the cheese and chopped garlic, stir and put in a lot of whipped whites until stable peaks. Mix gently.
