Dough I, as usual, are kneaded using a bread machine, but you can knead the dough with your hands. In the bucket of a bread machine pour the sifted flour, add yeast, salt, sugar, softened butter, egg (if You knead the dough in the usual way, give the first yeast to swell in warm milk and then add the remaining ingredients).
Then add warm milk, put the bucket in the bread machine and include the mode of kneading.
When the dough are mixed, cover it and put in a warm place until increased in volume two times.
When the dough has risen, knead it
And is divided into 24 equal parts.
Cover the dough with film
Give it a rest for 10-15 minutes.
Each piece of dough rolled to form a circle.
Fold the dough into a tube.
Then the tube is neatly rolled into a bundle. Roll out gradually, because if You're going to pull, when baking the batter may, in some places tear.
Take three of the flagellum and a pony tail (until You pony tail, the rest don't open, even if it is under the film, otherwise on top of the dough dries).
