Soup cod with tomatoes
To prepare the soup very quickly and easily. And it turns out very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Cod

    500 g

  • Tomato

    250 ml

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Basil

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Rice pour 2 liters of boiling water, cook for 10 minutes. Cod fillet cut into small pieces.

Onions finely chop, fry in vegetable oil until transparent. To the onions add the pureed tomatoes, Basil, bring to boil and remove from heat.

In the soup put the fish, onion-tomato mixture, season with salt, bring to a boil and cook until the fish is cooked about 20 minutes. 5 minutes before end of cooking add the Bay leaf and pepper.
