Cooking
The mushrooms should be washed and dried. Remove mushroom legs and finely to cut. Sprinkle mushroom caps with a little lemon juice.
Finely chop the onion and divide it into two parts.
In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry one part of onions, cut the stem of mushrooms and pressed garlic until it will turn brown, not forgetting to season with salt and pepper and add a pinch of curry.
For this recipe I used rice TM Mistral amber
In a saucepan with a thick bottom, heat the remaining vegetable oil and fry until transparent second piece of onion, add washed rice, season with salt, add curry and pour 400 ml of boiling water and to cook under a cover on slow fire of 15 minutes.
Grease a ceramic baking dish with vegetable oil and spread an even layer of rice.
In figure to put mushrooms and stuff them with sauteed mushrooms onions. Bran (I got rye) crumble and sprinkle on top.
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
