Cooking
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
Prepare the batter: the cheese add eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper, dried Basil (it combines very well with tomatoes and cheese!!!) and 2 tablespoons of flour.

Then drop the tomatoes in the batter and with a spoon spread it on a heated pan with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until Golden brown.
