Description

Tomatoes in a cheese coat
Great juicy snack! Does not require a lot of time to cook. Saw 2 similar recipe, but decided to offer its. I have a slightly different cooking technique, which reveals the secret of how to make a good batter stuck to the tomato. This appetizer is pleasant both to children, and adults. Help yourself)

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Tomato

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Basil

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.5 cup

Cooking

step-0
Grate cheese on a fine grater.
step-1
Prepare the batter: the cheese add eggs, sour cream, salt, pepper, dried Basil (it combines very well with tomatoes and cheese!!!) and 2 tablespoons of flour.
step-2
Mix well, it turns out the thick batter.
step-3
Tomatoes cut into slices.
step-4
Now the big moment! Dip tomatoes in flour. This will allow batter to stick well to the tomatoes.
step-5
Then drop the tomatoes in the batter and with a spoon spread it on a heated pan with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides until Golden brown.
step-6
Take out the tomatoes on a paper towel or napkin to soak up excess oil.
step-7
Served warm with greens. Bon appetit!
