For this dish I used unground buckwheat TM "Mistral"
For cooking good to use a deep frying pan or saucepan. Ham cut into cubes. Instead of ham can I take bacon or cooked bacon
Cut into small pieces pork (if bacon fat - even better)
In a deep pan heat oil, throw the ham, lightly fried
Add the meat and fry it a little too
Now add chopped onion and grated carrot, fry all together. This must be done on maximum heat to meats and vegetables it was roasted, and become a little rosy
Now we need tomatoes in their own juice without the sauce. Their convenience is that they're skinless. But if you want to - you can use fresh tomatoes, scalded with boiling water and removing them from the skin
And put to fry in a frying pan for meat
When the pan has roasted, add the buckwheat and stir the contents of the pan
Pour in water 1 cm above the level of buckwheat
Add salt, chopped garlic and ground fenugreek (it will give the dish a mushroom flavor) mix well again, cover it, give much to boil, switch to minimum heat and leave for 15-20 minutes so that all the water is absorbed.
Now, when all the water has been absorbed, turn off the stove. Do in kas deepen and break raw eggs (number of consumers). Cover with a lid and leave for 5-7 minutes so that the eggs are "grabbed"
Do not let the yolk get ready to end, let it remain slightly watery. When you put this mess on my own plate, fork scoop slightly hot, slightly thickened, creamy yolk - it will melt and will serve as a delicious sauce
