Description
Mujadarah (mujaddarah, majadra) is a dish of middle Eastern cuisine, consisting of cooked rice, cooked lentils, fried onions and spices. In some recipes instead of rice use other cereals. I decided to cook this recipe with the addition of wild rice mixed with steamed white rice. The dish was delicious, spicy and hearty. Recipe found on the Internet. I Express my deep gratitude to the author of the recipe Olga.

Cooking
To prepare this recipe I used a mixture of parboiled and wild rice aquatics mix from "Mistral". Rice fill with water in the ratio 1: 2,5, bring to a boil and cook on a medium heat with the lid closed, until soft, about 20 minutes.
For mogadore better to take green lentils, it is best combined with rice. Rinse the lentils, pour water in the ratio 1: 2, bring to a boil and cook on a medium heat with the lid closed 15 minutes.
Clean the vegetables, carrot grate, onion cut into cubes.
In a hot pan in vegetable oil fry the onion and carrot for about 2 minutes.
Add diced red bell pepper, fry for a minute.
Tomatoes we scald with boiling water, remove the skin, finely chop, add to the vegetables. Fry for 1 minute.
Add to the vegetables finely cut garlic. Mix everything.
Add to the vegetables boiled until soft rice (a mixture of parboiled and wild rice) and lentils. Mix everything.
Prepare spices: black pepper, red chili pepper, curry and dry ginger.
Mogadore sprinkle with salt, add all the spices.
Stir and simmer with the lid closed for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
The finished dish sprinkle with sweet paprika. Bon appetit!
