RUB the eggs with sugar until a white mass. Pour 1 tsp. of vanilla sugar and salt and whisk. Then enter the melted butter. Milk heat until warm, add to the dough.
Sifted flour mixed with baking powder, portions stir in the liquid mass. Because the dough seemed a bit liquid, I pour an additional 2 tbsp flour.
Put the dough into the prepared muffin tins 2/3 of the height. Bake in a preheated 180* oven for 25 minutes. Readiness check with a wooden stick
While the cupcakes bake, you need to make coffee, cool. Add the rum.
Prepare the cream. Beat chilled heavy cream with powdered sugar until peaks. Then mixed the mascarpone and vanilla sugar (in my case, ricotta cheese). Another good whisk.
As soon as you bake muffins, you need a wooden stick to make 10-12 punctures each
Then generously soak each cupcake and coffee. Cool. Using a pastry bag put the cream on the cupcakes and sprinkle with cocoa. A pleasant tea with very tasty cakes!!!
