Description
This pie from the book Irina fadeaway. Fantastic flavor, very tender, super orange, you can't stop, the hand itself reaches for a slice. Your recipe is dedicate to the beautiful boy, who gave me this wonderful book - Tatiana Ttshka. This pie is still unusual in that the dough is added to a glass of fresh juice.

Cooking
All the products before cooking should be at room temperature!!! Mix flour with soda and sift.
To remove small grater zest of 1 orange.
The softened butter beat with sugar to dissolve the crystals (the first time I did the blender-nozzle "Corolla", oil exfoliate the flakes, so the second time I did this manually)
add the zest, and enter one 2 eggs (first one, carefully whisking mass, then the second and again shake thoroughly).
Take turns adding the flour and juice, the dough will be liquid consistency (as for pancakes).
Pour it into a baking dish, previously oiled or covered with baking paper (no more than 20x20 cm, my shape 18x18, otherwise the cake will be very thin).
Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
Until the cake cools down (not before!) prepare frosting. Grind the icing sugar with the liqueur and juice.
Heat the glaze in a water bath to a temperature of 40 degrees. Pour the cake icing.
And this piece in the section. Structure gorgeous, moist, tender. I recommend to put on the dish, which will be served cake, then pour the icing as it hardens and when you move the cake can crack.
