Cooking
Here are our ingredients. Sugar brand "Mistral Demerara fine". From cherries to remove the stones, can be cut in half.
Fill a pot with 30 g of water, add sugar, squeeze the juice from the lemon into the pan. Pour the cherry. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to medium and cook for about 3-5 minutes.
Then turn off the heat, berries with syrup cool slightly and then transfer them to the blender.
Grind them in a blender until smooth - 15 seconds. Then pour the resulting mass into a sieve and strain the syrup.
It turns out to be a homogeneous syrup. Before serving the drink completely cool the syrup. Pour sparkling water in cherry syrup, stir and serve immediately. Do not forget to prepare the ice. Quantity of carbonated water for beverage, adjust to your liking.
It seems to me that sugar "Mistral Demerara fine" fits perfectly into this recipe.
