Spicy appetizer of eggplant
For lovers of eggplants offers a wonderful snack that can diversify and beautify your everyday and holiday table! The eggplants turned out very flavorful and spicy!!!

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Parsley

  • Dill

  • Lettuce

Eggplant peel, wash under running water, cut in half in length. Hold it over the steam until, until they become soft. I used MV for a couple 10 minutes.

Then cool and cut into thin strips. The eggplant should be soft, a little crunch. Not turned for a couple, so they do not mush when cut.

Garlic clear, skip through garlic press or RUB on a small grater.
