Cod in a delicate curd batter
Soon our men a holiday!!! To this wonderful Day, February 23, offer the perfect snack!!! Very tender and juicy fish in batter will not leave anyone indifferent man!!!

Ingredients

  • Cod

    600 g

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Potato starch

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Greens

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

The fish separated from the bones and cut into medium pieces. Put in a bowl. Salt, pepper, stir and leave for 15 minutes.

To the egg add a pinch of salt, starch, cheese and yogurt. All whisk blender.

Finely chop greens and add to the mixture.

There add the flour and mix well. Our batter is ready!

Coat the fish in batter and spread in a preheated pan with vegetable oil. Fry on a small fire from two sides with the lid closed.

Our mouth-watering fish ready!!! Fish serve chilled!
