Products for the salad is prepared. Beets and carrots cooked until tender, dried fruits are washed, teeth cleaned garlic. Next, the dried fruits pour boiling water for 20 minutes.
Beets and carrots grate on a coarse grater, nuts grind in a blender into a fine crumb, but not the flour. Dried apricots and prunes cut into small pieces.
Cheese RUB on a large grater, garlic passed through the garlic press.
In a separate bowl mix: beets, prunes and walnuts with mayonnaise; carrots with dried apricots and mayonnaise; cheese with garlic and mayonnaise. Layers for the future of the salad ready.
For submitting the selected form in the form of a heart, which is tightly stacked prepared foods: beets, carrots, and cheese.
Each layer is slightly pressed down and leveled on the surface. On top put a drop of mayonnaise. Here and ready.
