This cake I give our Catherina (off-it). Found this cake online, read the recipe and realized that I want to bake. To Tinker with it you should, but I'll tell You, I do not regret it. Cooking
First, I made poppy seed filling. Mac I grind in the blender, and you in any other way. Milk I brought to a boil, a thin stream pour into it the poppy seeds, semolina, sugar. 2-3 times brought to a boil. Removed from heat and put aside. Mac ready. Before lubricating our rolls, I'm poppy added a bit of custard and beat well with a mixer.
Secondly, I made the cream. The recipe is just custard, but I was making this recipe http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/398 34/. After the Opera cake I am very fond of the cream of Patisier. Just removed the liquor.
The cream is ready, now we are preparing the first dough. The eggs I rubbed with sugar. Added sour cream and flour, soda and cocoa. From this dough is baked 2 rectangular cake.
This is the finished cakes.
Now we're going to make 3 rolls. Eggs, we divide into whites and yolks. The yolks I rubbed with 1 tablespoon of sugar, added flour and Vymetal. Whipped proteins, added into the beaten egg whites 2 tbsp. sugar. Whipped whites until peaks. Gently introduced proteins in the yolk mass, gently stir. Put the dough in a rectangular shape (same size) on wax paper. For each roll I dough churned separately.
If I have to bake the rolls, then I put the finished cakes on a hot wet towel.
Build our cake. Take 1 cake and grease it with cream.
Every roll I missed poppy cream.
Turned rolls. For 1 cake I put in the number 3 roll...
... again well smeared with cream and put on top of 2nd layer.
Here I have collected the cake and it's ready to be put in the cold for a couple of hours.
