Cooking

step-0
Shape size 16*28 cm oil and cover with baking paper. In frying pan, combine oats, coconut, wheat germ, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin. Fry on medium heat, stirring constantly, for 8 to 10 minutes until Golden brown.
step-1
Place it into a bowl and let cool. Then stir in raisins.
step-2
In a small saucepan over medium heat, connect the oil, honey and sugar. Heat, stirring constantly, for 3 to 4 minutes, until the sugar is completely dissolved. It took me twice the time, sugar did not want to disappear )))
step-3
Then bring to a boil, reduce heat and let simmer, not stirring, 7 minutes. To determine the readiness of the syrup, drop a little in ice water. If formed of a soft ball, then the syrup is ready.
step-4
Add syrup to dry mixture. Mix thoroughly.
step-5
Put the mixture into the prepared pan. Smooth and tamp down with a spoon.
step-6
Let cool, then cut into slices or bars. Bon appetit! These bars can be stored up to 7 days in an airtight container, proclaim foil.
