Pie of pears in Alsatians
There is a lovely Alsatian Apple pie, I decided instead of apples add pears and have not regretted. To say that is tasty, to say nothing. Very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Pear

    1 kg

  • Flour

    220 g

  • Butter

    110 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cream

    110 ml

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Salt

Chop flour with butter, icing sugar, a pinch of salt, add the egg yolk, knead elastic dough. (I added a little milk, the dough was a little tight.) To remove an hour in the refrigerator.
