Baking with cheese is always a win-win... Offer you a simple and quick recipe of cheesecake. My family thought highly of it. Actually, the cake is called "gourmand", but I name something not really liked, so I renamed.

Cooking
Eggs mix well with sugar, vanilla and margarine at room temperature
Add the flour, sifted with baking powder.
Knead soft, not sticking to hands dough. Cut a piece and put it for decoration. Remove the dough in the fridge.
Mix cottage cheese, egg and sugar, punching blender.
Add starch and mix well the stuffing.
The dough with your hands to knead in the form, greased. Place a side.
Spread and flatten the filling.

Lay the strips of dough on the pie in the form of a lattice.
