Cheesecake
Baking with cheese is always a win-win... Offer you a simple and quick recipe of cheesecake. My family thought highly of it. Actually, the cake is called "gourmand", but I name something not really liked, so I renamed.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

  • Cheese

    600 g

  • Potato starch

    4 Tbsp

  • Jam

    2 Tbsp

  • Cherry

Eggs mix well with sugar, vanilla and margarine at room temperature

Add the flour, sifted with baking powder.

Knead soft, not sticking to hands dough. Cut a piece and put it for decoration. Remove the dough in the fridge.

Mix cottage cheese, egg and sugar, punching blender.

Add starch and mix well the stuffing.
