Crispy patties with omlette-meat stuffing
There are similar recipes dough, but a little not so suddenly someone come in handy, all relish in the combination of such filling and dough)) Half choux pastry, for proteins, very crunchy due to the protein and vodka. The filling turns out very juicy, flavorful and tender, due to an omelette, yogurt and cheese. Try it, very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Vodka

    2 tsp

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 tsp

  • Mustard

    0.5 tsp

  • Minced meat

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

2-3 tbsp flour sift into the bowl. Boil water with butter, salt and sugar. Stirring with a whisk to stir the flour, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. Allow to cool slightly. To turn on the mixer and whisking constantly, add protein, mustard, and vodka, all carefully whisk.

Then add the remaining flour and knead the dough. Cover and leave for 30 minutes.

For the filling, the egg stirred with 50 ml of yogurt, salt, spices (optional) and chopped greens. Make a thin omelet. Cool and cut into small cubes.

In forcemeat add the chopped eggs, finely chopped onion, salt, spices, pressed garlic, chopped herbs, grated cheese and yogurt, all stir well and leave for 30-60 minutes at night.

Divide the dough into several small balls. From each roll out a thin pancake. In the center put a bit of filling, flatten slightly. To seal the edges of the tortillas around the filling in a square.

Oil heat in a frying pan and fry on both sides. Ready pasties put on a napkin to stack the excess fat.
