Cut into plates no thicker than 1 cm.
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
Chop greens, squeeze the garlic, salt, pepper and stir.
Baking tray lay a baking paper, lay out eggplant. Each plate greased with olive oil.
On top of the eggplant place the filling of tomato and herbs. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 30-40 minutes.
