Appetizer of broccoli Chinese style
For lovers of broccoli and Chinese dishes at the same time. Cooked very quickly. Can be consumed both hot and cold. As a snack or side dish. Will help to diversify Lenten menu.

Ingredients

  • Broccoli

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

  • Sesame

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Peel the garlic and cut into thin chips.

In a pan pour vegetable oil and sesame oil heated, put garlic and fry over high heat, stirring, 1 minute.

Add dry ginger and lemon juice.

Take soy sauce from Kikkoman.

Pour soy sauce into the pan.

Take the thawed broccoli (I had frozen). If you have fresh broccoli, you must disassemble on inflorescences and pour boiling water.

Put broccoli in the sauce and fry, stirring continuously at maximum heat for 2 minutes. Blossoms should be in the sauce.
