Cooking
Peel the garlic and cut into thin chips.
In a pan pour vegetable oil and sesame oil heated, put garlic and fry over high heat, stirring, 1 minute.
Add dry ginger and lemon juice.
Take soy sauce from Kikkoman.
Pour soy sauce into the pan.
Take the thawed broccoli (I had frozen). If you have fresh broccoli, you must disassemble on inflorescences and pour boiling water.
Put broccoli in the sauce and fry, stirring continuously at maximum heat for 2 minutes. Blossoms should be in the sauce.
The food is ready. Can be served both hot and cold. When serving, sprinkle with sesame seeds and coriander. Bon appetit!
