Vegetable pea-tomato soup
Quick vegetable soup.

Ingredients

  • Peas

    1 cup

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

  • Dill

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

Peas rinse well.

Cut the potatoes into small chunks.

Parsley chop.

Onions, carrots and garlic chop. Fry in vegetable oil for 5 minutes, then add the tomato paste, paprika. Pour 50 ml of water and simmer for 5-7 minutes.

Fried ready.

In boiling water (about 3l) put the peas, cook for 30-40 minutes. Then add the potatoes and Bay leaf. Cook for 15 minutes. Add fried, herbs, salt and pepper to taste. Cook 5 minutes.
