Allow me to offer a casserole of the three types of cabbage and minced meat. Casserole is a light and quite juicy, hearty and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

  • Cauliflower

    200 g

  • Brussels sprouts

    200 g

  • Minced chicken

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Yogurt

    300 ml

  • Mustard

    3 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mint

    1 tsp

  • Rosemary

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Cabbage chop not very finely.

Saute in vegetable oil until soft about 7-10 minutes.
