Hot appetizer of mushrooms with cheese sauce
This hot appetizer suitable for a casual lunch or dinner, and for the festive table. Ideal for strong drinks, and white dry wine. Cooked very simply from the minimum amount of products.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    800 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Cream

    250 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

  • Soft cheese

    40 g

  • Yolk egg

Mushrooms wash, Pat dry. Onion peel, wash, chop finely. Fry in olive oil the onions first until Golden, crush a clove of garlic. Add the mushrooms, fry the mushrooms until I get rid of excess moisture. Garlic to throw away.

Add soy sauce and pepper. If necessary, season with salt to taste.
