Breakfast in a jar
I'm a fan that's just such a convenient and tasty Breakfast. Nothing cooked, not fried. It quickly, in advance and very helpful!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    50 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    150 g

  • Seeds

    1 Tbsp

  • Sesame

    1 Tbsp

  • Apricot

    150 g

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

To prepare this Breakfast, I used oat flakes TM Mistral

On the bottom of the jar to spread the cheese.

Mix rolled oats, yogurt, Chia seeds and sesame seeds. Spread on top of cheese. We remove our jar overnight in the fridge.

In the morning add the chopped apricots. You can use any fruit or berries. If frozen previously thawed.

Optionally, you can pour a spoon of honey. Bon appetit!!!
