Everything in General is easy. Eggs to grate on a fine grater.

50 grams hard cheese RUB on a small grater. Fresh dill grind.
From the cheese mass, roll balls. Half of them crumble in the cheese shavings.
The second half – in crushed herbs.
For balls brown 120 g hard cheese RUB on a small grater, add 1 small egg (such as "porn", small size) and a little mayonnaise. Stir.
Again, roll balls, coat them in flour and fry in vegetable oil.
Put on a plate in the shape of a ring.
Decorate with bows and ribbons from strips of carrot, sprigs of dill.
