Ingredients

  • Ginger

    100 g

  • Vinegar

    50 ml

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    1 Tbsp

Peel the ginger, grate salt. To leave for the night.

I am so sorry to post the recipe before ginger will be completely ready. I think that the taste of pickled ginger familiar to many Japanese restaurants. And to wait 7 days makes no sense. Suddenly someone is going to need the recipe :-)
