Who doesn't love homemade pies? Today I want to give You our special pies my mom and this recipe to Express my gratitude and love confession to her and to all our moms and grandmothers. Cakes turn out very soft, the dough is very pliable, gentle. Suitable for sweet, and sweet pastries. Welcome aboard!

Cooking
For the dough: lay all the ingredients (except the eggs) in a bucket of HP and select the mode "Dough".
While knead the dough, prepare the filling: in a pot put the peeled potatoes, add salt, Bay leaf, pepper and cook until tender. Take the potatoes and a little cool. Potato broth until pour!

Spread the dough in a greased bowl, cover with film and put in a warm place for 40-50 minutes (the dough should increase 2 times).
Divide the dough into 18-20 pieces, roll out to circles.
Spread on center of lepeshechki 1 tbsp filling and sealed patties. Put pies seam down on a greased (or covered with Mat or baking paper) and put in a warm place for 20 minutes for proofing, cover with a towel.
