Cooking
Wash and chop carrots, onions and celery. Heat on medium heat the pan, add to the bottom of olive oil, a little onion stew. Fall asleep carrots, celery and cook for another 10 minutes
Finely chop the garlic, chilli, ginger. Cut the tomatoes into halves. Thoroughly rinse the lentils. To put all in a saucepan, add the boiling broth and cook until the lentils are tender (mine was ready in 5 minutes) 10-15 minutes.
Add spices (cumin, coriander, salt, pepper) to taste. Process everything in a blender until smooth and you are ready to eat. Savory! :)
