Cooking
Onions chop and fry in butter.
Add to the onions; cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
Add the cream. Cream, adjust according to Your taste and desired amount of sauce.
While preparing sauce, fish, salt, pepper and sprinkle with herbs de Provence.
Lay the fish in the sauce.
Simmer for a few minutes on each side.
Garnish. Boil the rice with the addition of turmeric.
