Biscuit decoys
Classic walnut cakes for the cake.

Ingredients

  • Nuts

    285 g

  • Flour

    30 g

  • Egg white

    8 piece

  • Sugar

    220 g

Cooking

Preheat the oven to 180*C. Nuts to grind, mix with flour. Proteins whisk with sugar in a solid foam.

Gently mix in nuts at the squirrels.

Draw on paper a circle of the desired size. I have 27 see

Lay out the dough with a small margin (the excess is then trimmed exactly).

Bake until Golden brown 12-15 minutes at 180*C.

Warm cake, cover with paper, turn over and carefully remove the paper on which it was baked. Trim, if necessary, until edges are dry. Decoys is very delicate and breaks easily, so be careful and attentive! )))
