Cooking

step-0
A loaf of bread (my loaf) do not use fresh, so to speak yesterday. The baton had rifled, so 150 gr. I got 6 pieces. Grind into powder (not very fine) using a blender
step-1
Take 4 eggs (if you have a large to-3) and separate the whites from the yolks. Proteins are put away in the fridge. And yolks, half the sugar, vanilla sugar and 1 egg beat well with a mixer (or in blender).
step-2
Then add the milk. And stir again.
step-3
Combine the milk and egg mixture with the crumbs. Stir. The mass is liquid.
step-4
Take a baking pan. The best glass. (I have all of volume 2 liters). It pudding will look beautiful. Jam spread on the bottom of the form even layer. Make the layer as thick as a finger, no less.
step-5
Top carefully, that would not have mixed up the layers with a spoon spread the mixture of milk with crumbs. And put in a PREHEATED 150 degree oven for 1 hour.
step-6
After one hour take out the whites and whisk them with the rest of the sugar until resistant peaks. Get paging out of the oven. It will be a little like,"live." But it's not terrible. Put the beaten egg whites, giving them a form of horachek (or waves, as you like). And bake it in the oven for 20-30 minutes. (I have stood in the oven for another 30 minutes). Top protein should be a cream color.
step-7
Take out and let them cool. The photo shows how the beaten egg whites have risen.
step-8
That's the pudding looks like after cooling. Squirrel fell off a bit. And through the glass visible layers.
step-9
Here I made the pudding in portions and with Apple jam.
step-10
Here he is ready.
