                        This is a recipe by the famous British chef Jamie Oliver. It (the recipe) can be found on many sites (including on a personal website of Jamie). This pudding does not require special costs, preparing is not difficult and it turns out tender and delicious. Try!

                            A loaf of bread (my loaf) do not use fresh, so to speak yesterday. The baton had rifled, so 150 gr. I got 6 pieces.                             Take a baking pan. The best glass. (I have all of volume 2 liters). It pudding will look beautiful. Jam spread on the bottom of the form even layer.                             After one hour take out the whites and whisk them with the rest of the sugar until resistant peaks. Get paging out of the oven. It will be a little like,"live." But it's not terrible. Put the beaten egg whites, giving them a form of horachek (or waves, as you like). And bake it in the oven for 20-30 minutes. (I have stood in the oven for another 30 minutes).
