Rolls from sour dough
Buns of sour dough with cinnamon and apples.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    995 g

  • Water

    220 ml

  • Yeast

    6 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    6.5 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    330 g

  • Vanilla

    1.5 tsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

    5 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Water poured in a bowl, put sugar and yeast. Stir and put in a warm place. After 30 minutes, the yeast ferment and form a cap.

The yeast was poured in a bowl, put salt, baking powder, vanilla and put sour cream. Sifted 300 g of flour, broke the egg and mixed. The bowl with the dough put in a warm place.
