Cooking

Puff pastry roll, spread the prepared stuffing a thin, even layer.
Cut the roll into equal pieces with a thickness of about 2.5-3 cm, brush with beaten egg.
To put the puffs on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper. Send in a preheated oven for baking. Bake at 180°C until tender. I want to note that I give the approximate temperature. In this case, each should be guided by your oven, all of them are different.
