My version of cheese soup
Quick, tasty, and most importantly, a lot of variations)))

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Sausage

    200 g

  • Water

    2 l

Cook the potatoes until tender as for mashed potatoes. Then with a potato masher or blender, whisk, add 2 liters of boiling water.

Processed cheese cut into cubes, add to soup and stir to "low heat"until then, until the cheese is melted.

This time I added smoked sausage. Salt and spices to taste. You can fry the onion until Golden brown, or add the garlic. You can toss cooked shrimp or add the marinated mushrooms.
