Soup
It's the end of the summer there were fresh vegetables, like diversity, so made this soup, put on your discussion, the family liked it, and most importantly.

Ingredients

  • Meat

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pearl barley

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

  • Salt

Cooking

Boil the meat on the stove, remove the foam, add a handful of barley, first rinse it under running water, as it cooks for a long time.

When the barley is polovodova, pour the prepared potatoes together with carrots.

Finely chop the tomatoes and drop into the broth, let the soup to the sauce to boil.

The soup is almost ready, add salt to taste, add the finely sliced onions and give a few moments to simmer, and at the end I threw (I have frozen dill+feather green onions), here's what happened.
