Rolls of minced meat
Rolls with cheese filling. Easy to prepare and suitable for any garnish


  • Minced meat

    0.5 kg

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    70 g

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Water

    40 g


In minced meat, add semolina, salt, pepper to taste, mix well. Leave for 10 minutes until the semolina will swell.
Cheese mash with a fork, add the chopped herbs, mix well.
From meat to tear off a piece the size about a chicken egg, flatten it on the Board and give a rectangular shape. In the center put the filling, roll up roll. I have so many products turned out 9 rolls.
Rolls fold the mixture into the pan for rice or any other cookware that is suitable for steamers. The main thing is to lay them seam side down in order not turned. Can be stacked on top of each other.
For gravy, stir the flour with the pasta, add a little water and pour rolls. Send in the steamer.
Minutes through 25-30 rolls ready!
Can be served with any side dish. We had rice with zucchini :) Bon appetit!
