I have another favorite book is "Cakes" (author - Elena Suchkova). I bought this book 4 years ago, tried one cake, and second, I tell you, I loved this book with such delicious cakes. Here, I want to share with you one cake from this book. I apologize only for the fact that there's no pictures of the whole cake, it turned out I, as always, is bad. Ingredients

  • Cream

    400 g

  • Milk

    500 g

  • Green tea

    2 tsp

  • Yolk egg

    5 piece

  • Sugar

    230 g

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Liqueur

    50 ml

Any sponge cake (2 layers).

Cream-souffle: soak Gelatin in 70 ml of cold boiled water to swell. Milk bring to a boil, stir in the tea, cool and strain. Gelatin dissolve in a water bath, pour in the milk. Whisk the egg yolks with sugar, combine with milk. Whisk in the cream. The obtained yolk-milk mixture will cool down and connect with whipped cream.

For the syrup sugar cover with water and provari 3 minutes, cool. Add the liqueur (I added brandy). Sponge cake soaked in syrup.
