Cooking
Mix the flour, sugar, a pinch of baking soda and a pinch of salt. Put the dough butter or margarine, finely chopped.
Add the egg and yogurt. Knead plastic dough. Leave the dough to rest in a cool place and prepare the filling.
For the filling chopped nuts (the original recipe walnuts, but it can be any...) and mix them with sugar. I used sunflower seeds. Crushed them a bit with sugar in a blender.
Roll out the dough 3 mm thick. Cut out round scones... with a diameter of 6 - 10 cm as you like.
On the cake put the filling and form balls. It is advisable to make sure that there was a breakthrough test.
Put biscuits on greased with margarine baking sheet.
Bake in the oven at medium temperature until lightly Golden. Bake quickly!
Mix the sugar and cocoa powder. Hot cookies and roll in sprinkles.
